Itinerary
Day 1: Vientiane Arrival (Nil)
Arrival Vientiane by flight xxxxxx. Upon arrival in the capital, you will meet our guide, who will welcome you to Vientiane in the city center.
Day2: Vientiane City Tour- Vang Vieng (B)
After breakfast, we will check out of the hotel Afterward, we will embark on a sightseeing tour of Vientiane, visiting several significant religious sites. First, we will explore Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple to survive the Siamese war of 1828, which houses more than 8,000 Buddha statues in its cloister. Next, we will visit Wat Ho Prakeo, the former home temple of the Emerald Buddha statue (Pra Keo), which now displays a collection of Buddha statues, antiques, and artifacts found around Vientiane.
We will also see That Luang Stupa, the symbol of the Lao nation and the most important monument in Laos, built to encase a small stupa containing a relic of the Buddha’s chest bone. Finally, we will stop at Patouxay (Arch de Triomphe), a relatively recent construction commemorating those who died in past wars, now serving as a landmark of Vientiane. After finish your city tour we transfer to Train station and continue to Vang Vieng by C82 at 13:30 – 14:23.
Upon arrival tour starts with a crossing of the Nam Song River, followed by a short drive to Tham Pou Kham (Golden Crab Cave or Blue Lagoon), where you can enjoy a refreshing swim.
Afterward, we will visit the stunning Nang Fa Cave. To conclude the day, we will take a long-tail boat ride along the river or Kayaking, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking landscape and natural views framed by majestic mountains. We’ll back to hotel for check in enjoy your free time. Overnight in Vang Vieng.
Day 3: Vang Vieng – Luang Prabang by Train (B)
After breakfast, we transfer you to train station take your journey to Luang Prabang by D88 at 8:55 – 9:45. Upon arrive Luang Prabang we Start your city tour at the former After breakfast at the hotel then we transfer you to train station to take your train to Luang Prabang, when arrive Luang Prabang station we continue by private van to Start your city tour at the former Royal Palace, now the National Museum, where you will explore the history of Laos. Continue on foot to Wat Mai temple, a temple renowned for its golden bas-relief, and WatSensoukarahm temple, which features a beautiful dazzling golden façade. Next, we visit WatVisoun, the shrine of WatAham.
After lunch we visit WatXieng Thong temple, the most revered temple in Luang Prabang
located at the end of the peninsula, close to the Mekong, this temple was built in 1560 by King Setthathirat and is decorated with ornate carvings and mosaics. We explore the night market, where you can find a wide collection of handmade textiles by local and hill tribe people in the surrounding towns before transfer to the hotel for relaxing.
We return to Luang Prabang by late afternoon and back to your hotel. End of the day visit to the colorful Night Market where you can find lovely collections of handmade textiles made by locals and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 4: Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Cave- Kuang Prabang (B)
After breakfast, we then board a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a beautiful view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, crammed with thousands of golds lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes, we stop to visit Ban Xanghai. We cruise down back to Luang Prabang then continue to Xieng Man village to visit pottery village. Overnight in Luang Prabang
After lunch we continue our excursion towards Khouangsi Waterfall, stopping to visit some ethnic minority villages and see how these colorful people live. Once at the falls you can swim in the turquoise pools or walk along forest paths. We return to Luang Prabang by late afternoon and back to your hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang
Day 5: Luang Prabang & Departure (B)
After breakfast, Free till your departure flight time to transfer you to airport
